Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our Home Improvement Campaign. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers in the Home Improvement industry.
Engage clients and explain products/services clearly and effectively.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/appointment targets.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude on calls.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s (preferred).
Good English communication skills (verbal & listening).
Previous call center or telesales experience is a plus (but not mandatory).
Fresh candidates with confidence and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work 12 PM – 10 PM in the office (day shift).
