Howlance (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing software and digital services company working with clients worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help expand our international client base through strategic outreach and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads across the US, UK, and Canada
  • Manage email campaigns and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the closing team
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead data and communication history
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand-off of qualified prospects
  • Support the business development team in proposal follow-ups and project coordination

Requirements & Skills

What We are Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • US/UK accent preferable
  • Confidence in communicating with international clients via phone and email
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Follow-up strategies.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, or email outreach (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, GHL) is a plus
  • Must be able to work on-site from our Islamabad office, Monday to Friday
  • Willing to work in the night shift ( 7 PM - 4 AM ) PKT
