Job Description: Marketing & PR Development Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & PR Development Executive to build our brand presence, strengthen customer relationships, and develop public relations strategies. The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and skilled in communication, with experience in both marketing campaigns and media outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Manage social media accounts, content creation, and online campaigns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.

Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and promotional material.

Organize and manage events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.

Monitor market trends and competitors, providing regular reports and insights.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing and PR efforts.

Handle crisis communication and ensure positive brand image.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or brand development (fresh graduates with strong internships can apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Urdu.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing).

Creative thinking with ability to manage multiple projects.

Networking skills and confidence in dealing with media outlets.
