Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support and providing accurate information based on internal systems and documentation. The ideal candidate is someone who communicates clearly, remains patient under pressure, and is dedicated to ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic support to customers via email, chat, and phone.

Handle a variety of customer inquiries, including product/service information, account assistance, and general troubleshooting.

Use backend systems and internal notes to deliver accurate and helpful information.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.

Maintain clear and well-documented records of customer interactions using CRM or support tools.

Contribute to process improvements by identifying common customer concerns and feedback.

Additional Information:

Female Position:

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (local time)

Only female applicants will be considered for this shift

Male Position:

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (local time)

Requirements & Skills

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Ability to interpret and communicate information accurately from internal systems.

Customer-focused approach with a calm and professional attitude.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)

No prior experience required — full training will be provided.
