Ads Creative/ Graphic Designer + Video Editor

We’re hiring a full-time creative who is skilled in both video editing and graphic design. Your main role will be creating ad creatives for platforms like Facebook and TikTok, but you will also work on other tasks such as hiring graphics, social media visuals, reels, and any design or video-related work needed by the company.
You need to be fast, consistent, detail-oriented, and able to handle creative work independently.
What you'll work on:

• Video ads for Facebook and TikTok
• Static image creatives like banners, product ads, carousels
• Internal visuals such as hiring graphics, announcements, thumbnails
• Brand content such as reels, short promos, product-focused edits
• Language conversion using AI voiceover and subtitles when needed
• Keeping all visuals aligned with the brand's look and style

What we're looking for:

• Solid skills in both video editing and graphic design
• Comfortable using any tools like CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, etc.
• Able to handle complete creative tasks without needing outside help
• Good eye for design, layout, branding, and flow
• High attention to detail. No sloppy edits or missed mistakes
• A capable laptop or PC that can handle editing software
• Clear communication and fluency in English
