Requirements & Skills

Platform growth strategy: Shorts, TikTok, IG Reels. Hook science, retention editing, metadata, posting cadence, community replies.

Algorithm literacy: watch time, session starts, CTR, save and share signals, velocity, comment quality, remix and stitch mechanics, Collabs.

AI proficiency: prompt writing, AI ideation and scripting, AI captioning and subtitles, clip detection, content repurposing. Tools like ChatGPT or Claude, OpusClip or Captions, Descript, Runway or Pika, Midjourney or Canva Magic.

Data and experimentation: define north star metrics, A/B test hooks and thumbnails, cohort analysis, UTM tracking, funnel from view to follow to click to revenue.

Short-form production: vertical editing, pacing, beat cuts, audio mixing, motion graphics, caption styling, meme timing.

Creative strategy and copy: content pillars, monthly calendars, narrative frameworks like AIDA, PAS, 3-act. Thumb text, titles, captions, CTAs.
