Sales Executive - International Online Tutoring Campaign 4

Location: Satellite Town, Rawalpindi

Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: Rs. 45,000/month (Basic) + 20%–50% Commission Per Sale (can easily make 1-2 Lacs)

About Us:

We are a well-established name in the education and tutoring industry, proudly serving students for over 15 years. Now, we're looking for experienced and driven Sales Executives to join our in-house Rawalpindi-based Night Sales Team and bring in new clients by offering academic subject tutoring (Grades 1–12) to students/parents in Canada, the USA, and the UK through 1-on-1 online Zoom sessions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls.
• Pitch our online tutoring services to parents and students in the USA, UK, and Canada.
• Handle objections, answer questions, and close sales confidently.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:

• MUST Minimum 6 month to 1 year of experience in cold calling/sales for online tutoring or similar international campaigns (ONLY)
• Fluent English speaking skills (accent neutral or better)
• Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
• Must be comfortable with night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM) and working in-office
• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Basic Salary: Rs. 45,000/Month (Our employees easily make 1-2 lacs after commissions)
• Uncapped Commission: Earn 20%–50% per sale
