Medical Billing & Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic individual who not only understands the technical side of medical billing but also has the skills to drive business growth through sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end medical billing, coding, and credentialing processes.

Drive sales efforts to acquire new clients in the healthcare sector.

Develop and maintain contracts/agreements with customers.

Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for business growth and upselling services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in medical billing, coding, and credentialing.

Proven track record in sales/business development.

Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and payer requirements.

Ability to draft, review, and finalize client contracts/agreements.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
