About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Blockchain Engineer with ~5 years of professional experience to design and build scalable, production-ready Web3 applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in smart contract development, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures, combined with hands-on experience in modern web technologies for seamless user-facing experiences.

You will play a key role in building decentralized applications, integrating cross-chain solutions, and developing high-performance backends and responsive frontends. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize smart contracts (Solidity, Rust) with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.

Build and maintain full-stack dApps integrating Web3 APIs, wallet providers, and protocol SDKs.

Develop backend microservices (Node.js, Go, or Python) supporting real-time blockchain data, event-driven architectures, and API gateways (REST/GraphQL).

Architect scalable cloud-native systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP services.

Implement cross-chain interoperability solutions, decentralized storage integrations (IPFS/Arweave), and event-driven pipelines (Kafka, WebSockets).

Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver polished React/Next.js or Angular frontends with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.

Contribute to testing, auditing, and deployment pipelines to ensure reliability, maintainability, and security.

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years in blockchain/Web3 development.

Strong proficiency in Solidity and/or Rust for smart contract development (EVM-compatible or WASM-based).

Experience with Node.js, Go, or Python for backend services and APIs.

Proficiency in React/Next.js or Angular for frontend development with TypeScript.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of decentralized storage (IPFS, Arweave) and indexing solutions (The Graph).

Understanding of event-driven systems, distributed architectures, and real-time data flows.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with cross-chain bridges, Layer-2 solutions, or rollups.

Knowledge of smart contract auditing tools and security best practices.

Familiarity with fuzz testing, property-based testing, or blockchain-specific test frameworks.

Contributions to open-source Web3 projects.
