Verifiers

We are hiring ACA & Medicare Verifiers for our outbound call center. The role involves speaking with customers in the USA, verifying their details, and smoothly transferring calls to senior agents.

Fluency in English with clear communication.

Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer handling (dialer, data entry).

Confidence and patience while dealing with customers.

Ability to work night shifts (US hours).
