Job Description
We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Call Center Representatives for our evening shift.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of call center experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing product/service information, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Shift Timing:
Evening Shift (1 PM – 10 PM)
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in the evening shift
