Job Description
Responsibilities:
Proactively Identify targets and secure new brokerage customers through cold calling, networking and lead generation.
Develop and Manage sales pipelines to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with operations and carriers’ teams to ensure high quality service delivery.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Assign loads, coordinate freight movement, and monitor shipments.
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and shippers for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and update CRM records.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
Experience in truck dispatching, sales, or freight brokerage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and dispatching software.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
