A reputed Brokerage Firm (TREC Holder of Pakistan Stock Exchange) is looking for a Senior Customer Support for our Karachi, Clifton Office.
Position: Senior Customer Support
Timings: Full-time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Location: Clifton, Karachi
Requirements:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to professionally handle new and existing customers
Strong problem-solving and client relationship management skills
Prior experience in customer support within financial services/brokerage sector will be preferred
