About Us

We are an international digital operations company working on global online projects.
We are building our Pakistan-based team and hiring a Technical Assistant / Web Operations — a proactive person with technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage routine online processes.

This is a long-term role with career growth. Training is provided for specific workflows, but we expect you to bring basic technical confidence and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage websites using AI tools and CMS (training provided)
Upload and configure websites on hosting/servers, ensure uptime.
Perform operational tasks: monitoring, troubleshooting, process execution.
Support team leader with technical and digital tasks.
Investigate small technical issues and provide solutions.
Document work and follow standard operating procedures.

Requirements & Skills

Requirements

Prior experience in technical support, IT assistance, or web operations (6–18 months) preferred.
Strong PC knowledge (browsers, hosting, Google Sheets/Excel).
Basic understanding of websites, hosting, or digital workflows.
Problem-solving mindset, proactive and detail-oriented.
English (reading/writing, B1–B2).
Stable internet connection.

If you are a motivated beginner with strong learning ability, we will provide full training to reach the required level.

We Offer

Base Salary: $220 USD/month
Reliability Bonus: $50 USD/month (added for consistent attendance, reliability, and following processes)
Total Standard Salary: $270 USD/month (normally paid in full when working without major absences or serious issues)
