Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Immediate response time to customer inquiries.
Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
Reliable internet connection and backup power.
Experience in online booking or customer service preferred.
KeyResponsibilities:
Stay online and actively responsive during shift hours (10 PM – 10 AM AEST).
Reply to customer inquiries within seconds via chat, email, and social media.
Provide accurate service details, pricing, and booking confirmations.
Update and maintain the online booking system.
Coordinate with the operations team to schedule jobs.
Keep records of all customer communications and reservations.
Follow up on pending leads to secure bookings
