• Communicate with international VVIP or state-level clients/customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information regarding availability, pricing, and the company's exclusive services.
• Collaborate with a team of chauffeurs to fulfill the needs of VIP clients/customers.
• Ensure seamless travel, logistics, and hospitality arrangements for high-profile clients.
• Proactively solve issues and deliver exceptional customer service experiences.

Requirements & Skills
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent spoken English is essential.
• Impeccable phone etiquette.
• Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in the hospitality, travel, logistics, or hotel management industries will be highly preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality management or customer communication.
• Applicants with prior experience in customer support, logistics, and hospitality management will be preferred.
• Candidates residing in nearby areas of Bahria Town, DHA, Soan Gardens, PWD, Airport Housing Society, Gulraiz, Gulzar-e-Qaid, etc., will be given preference.
