Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Data Analytics
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (web, social media, CRM, marketing campaigns).
Responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating replenishment, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods.
Tracking customer invoices, ensuring timely collections, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records to optimize cash flow
Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs, trends, and campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
Responsible for monitoring customer overdue accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely debt recovery
Use tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and customer feedback.
Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize posting strategy and audience targeting.
Collaborate with the marketing team for brand alignment and promotional campaigns.
Campaign Optimization
Track the effectiveness of social media ads and online marketing campaigns.
Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and audience behavior.
Responsible for designing creative visual content for print and digital platforms, including branding, marketing materials, advertisements, and social media graphics, while ensuring consistency with the company’s brand guidelines."

Requirements & Skills
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
Strong skills in data analysis and visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Hands-on experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media campaigns is a plus.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
