Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate dispatch operations for a fleet of trucks during night shifts.
- Assign routes and ensure timely deliveries while optimizing fleet performance.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and manage logistics software.
- Prepare reports on delivery status and assist in managing compliance with regulations.

Requirements & Skills

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in truck dispatching or transportation logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and industry best practices.
