Role Summary
We’re seeking confident, articulate, and well-presented Customer Sales Advisors who can effectively consult and convert inbound inquiries into confirmed concierge bookings. You’ll act as a brand ambassador—listening to our clients’ needs, building trust, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for high-profile international clients (via phone/WhatsApp/email).
• Actively listen and assess the customer’s requirements to recommend the best-fit service package or membership tier.
• Deliver detailed service presentations, answer objections, and nurture relationships.
• Work collaboratively with the order and operations team to ensure seamless handover post-sale.
• Log all client interactions into the CRM system in real time.
• Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Continuously update product knowledge and understand market trends in luxury travel and hospitality.

Requirements & Skills
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)—British or American accent is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales/advisory
role—preferably within a hospitality, airline, or luxury retail environment
• Confident, courteous, and emotionally intelligent with a strong customer-first mindset
• Skilled in building trust quickly, managing objections, and closing deals professionally
• Capable of managing high-pressure conversations with professionalism and grace
