Job Title: Sales Representative (Female Candidates Only)

Responsibilities:

1. *Generate New Business Leads*: Cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies to identify potential clients.

2. *Build Client Relationships*: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

3. *Conduct Sales Meetings*: Presentations to prospective clients to showcase services and negotiate deals.

4. *Meet Sales Targets*: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

5. *Collaborate with Internal Teams*: Ensure seamless delivery of services by working closely with operations, logistics, and customer support teams.

Requirements:

1. *2+ Years of Sales Experience*: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.

2. *Excellent Communication Skills*: Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. *Strong Work Ethic*: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

4. *High School Diploma or Equivalent*: Required; bachelor's degree preferred.
