About the Role:
We are hiring highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers. You will be responsible for guiding clients through our publishing services, handling live chats/emails, conducting discovery calls, and upselling add-ons like audiobooks and websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle DMs, live chat, emails, and sales calls
Understand and pitch ghostwriting/publishing packages
Follow up leads using our CRM system
Close deals confidently and ethically
Offer upgrades (audiobook, website, marketing kit)
Track KPIs and report lead progress
Requirements:
Excellent English (written + spoken)
Experience in CSR, chat/email sales, or BPO (preferred)
Ability to work night shift (US/Canada)
Confident, professional, self-organized
Familiarity with sales pipelines or CRMs (training provided)
