Job Title: Ebook Upseller (Experienced Only)

Location: On-site – ZX Gohar Building, Tariq Road, Karachi

Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)

Salary: 400K – 600K PKR (Up to 1M for top performers)

Target: $15K – $20K/month

About the Role:

We’re hiring a results-driven upseller to join our sales team in the ebooks and publishing domain. This is a premium, relationship-based sales role. Your focus will be on building trust, identifying further needs, and closing high-value upsells that elevate the client experience. If you’re confident, persuasive, and experienced in dealing with international clients, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upsell additional ebook services to existing clients

• Build strong client relationships and boost revenue

• Meet monthly targets through strategic pitching

• Understand product offerings and tailor recommendations

• Negotiate confidently and close high-ticket upgrades

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

Qualifications:

• O/A Levels background preferred

• Proven upselling or sales experience with international clients is a must.

• Excellent spoken English and phone confidence

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Familiarity with digital or publishing services

• Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
