Were hiring an Executive Operations Manager, a proactive, tech-savvy operator who can bring structure, drive projects, and support the CEO across business functions.

Your Responsibilities
Act as the CEO’s right hand across daily ops, projects, and strategy.

Coordinate with tech, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Manage tools like Excel, and basic web platforms.

Own internal workflows, reporting, and cross-team communication.

Fill gaps wherever needed—admin, web, research, logistics.

What You Bring
2–5 years in operations, assistance, or project roles startup experience is a plus.

Comfortable with tools like Excel and other.

Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving.

Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

Bonus Skills
Web development or design experience

Data analysis or financial modeling

Worked directly with founders or senior leadership

Fluent English , Excel , Web, Modern tools, IT Geek , English Typing, Photoshop. Invoicing,
