Job Title: Work Manager (Product Manager) – Night Shift

Shift Timing: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Salary: PKR 45,000 – 70,000 (plus 20% Night Shift Allowance)

About the Role:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Work Manager (Product Manager) to join our team for the night shift. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to launch their careers in a structured, professional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing academic and content-based projects, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing timely delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Engineering backgrounds—Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical—will be given preference)

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the lifecycle of academic/content-based projects

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines

Collaborate with writers, editors, and support teams for smooth workflow

Perform quality assurance checks and make editorial corrections as needed

Report on project progress to upper management and maintain documentation
