About the Role:
IR-Tech Solutions is looking for motivated and passionate Flutter Developer Interns to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students, recent graduates, or self-taught developers who want to gain real-world experience in cross-platform app development using Flutter.

As an intern, you’ll work closely with our founder on live projects, contributing to the development of mobile apps and Flutter web applications. You'll get hands-on experience with modern development tools, learn best practices, and build portfolio-worthy projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in building and maintaining mobile apps and web apps using Flutter

Collaborate on UI/UX implementation and responsive design

Help debug, test, and optimize performance

Participate in regular code reviews and feedback sessions

Learn and apply industry-standard development practices

Note: This is an unpaid internship, intended to provide learning and experience for aspiring developers.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of Dart and Flutter

Familiarity with Git and version control

Strong willingness to learn and take initiative

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Passion for mobile and web development

Nice to Have (Optional):

Experience with Firebase or REST APIs

Knowledge of Flutter web

UI/UX design skills
