Salary Range: 80k – 100k PKR (Base) + Commissions
Timings: 6pm - 2am
Job Type: Full Time - Onsite
Location: Karachi (Tariq Road, ZX Gohar Building)

Job Description:
DASTech Limited is on the hunt for a driven and articulate Sales Closer to join our on-site team in Karachi. No prior experience? No problem. We’ll train you from the ground up. What matters most is your ability to speak fluent, confident English, your natural presence on the phone, and a relentless drive to succeed in high-stakes conversations with US-based clients. If you’re coachable, quick-thinking, and ready to grow—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and handle sales calls with potential clients in the US
• Clearly explain services and answer client queries with professionalism
• Guide leads through the sales process and close deals effectively
• Respond to objections and think on your feet during live calls
• Learn and apply sales techniques during hands-on training
• Meet performance targets and earn commissions on every deal closed

Qualifications:

• Exceptional spoken English is a must
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable in phone conversations
• No previous experience required—just ambition and the right attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a performance-based environment
• Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Karachi (Tariq Road)
• Prior international sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required
