Assistant Manager QA

Established in 2019, Ubuntu Care is a Karachi-based early childhood development and daycare service provider that brings Finland’s world-renowned early years education model to Pakistan. We are committed to providing nurturing, developmentally-appropriate care for children aged 4 months to 6 years. We are seeking an Assistant Manager QA with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of daycare centre to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor daily operations and report any discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with staff to address quality issues and enhance service delivery.
- Provide training and support to team members regarding QA best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in quality management software and MS Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preference will be given to candidates with a strong understanding of early childhood development, education, and health & safety.

Implement and monitor QA systems and SOPs.

Identify gaps and drive corrective action plans.

Coordinate with Operations for quality improvements.
