Educational Counsellor 3

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Admissions Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in student counseling, application processing, and visa guidance for leading global education destinations— Europe, New Zealand, Australia and USA.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct personalised counselling sessions with students and parents to explore academic opportunities across USA, UK, Australia, and Europe

Assess students' academic profiles and career goals to recommend suitable universities, programs, and funding options.

Manage the complete admissions cycle, including application submissions, follow-ups, offer letter tracking, and pre-departure briefings.

Provide expert support for visa documentation, including GTE requirements, SOP development and financial documentation.

Stay updated with admission criteria, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities across multiple destination countries.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and international university representatives.

Represent the organization at education expos, webinars, and outreach events to generate leads and boost student enrollment.

Maintain and manage student records and pipelines through CRM tools, and report progress to management regularly.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Business, or a related field).

Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas education counselling or student admissions.

Strong knowledge of university systems, scholarships, and visa processes for the USA, Europe and Australia

Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (other European languages are a plus).

Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple deadlines efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems for data tracking and student management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Rawalpindi main Murree road (In person)
