Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Account Executive based in Karachi to drive growth in the sports and fitness segment. The primary focus is signing up new gyms, fitness centers, and sports arenas while managing and servicing existing accounts. The role requires a go-getter attitude, strong relationship-management skills, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and approach new fitness facilities, gyms, and sports arenas; conduct client meetings, pitch products/services, and close deals; prepare tailored proposals and pricing packages.
• Key Account Management: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention; regularly visit and communicate with clients to address needs and provide after-sales support; grow account value through upselling and cross-selling.
• Market Intelligence: Track industry trends and competitor activity within the fitness and sports channel; share actionable insights with management.
• Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of deals; maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly sales reports and projections.
