Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on both dairy and non-dairy FMCG products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and ensuring effective distribution of products across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt, etc.) and non-dairy (chocolate, spreads, etc.) products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper merchandising at the point of sale.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to management.
Negotiate pricing and promotional deals within company guidelines.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets independently.
- Familiarity with local retail and distribution networks.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
