Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at The One Stop Services. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and service-related issues via phone. Your goal is to provide a positive customer experience, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
-Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in the UK
-Clearly explain our energy solutions and services
-Quickly develop value-based business relationships with B2B customers.
-Identify the customer needs and requirements.
-Develop good relations with the clients over the phone in order to convert those leads into sales
-You will be assisting the sales supervisors and transferring the potential calls to your supervisor who will be converting those transfers into sales.
Requirements & Skills
-Previous call centre or telemarketing experience preferred (UK campaign experience is a plus)
-Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and positive attitude
-Basic computer literacy
