Job Description

As a Sales Representative at iTecZone, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities. You will actively seek out potential clients, build strong relationships, and introduce them to our Zoho-based solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads and set up meetings or demos for the technical team
  • Understand client needs and effectively present Zoho solutions tailored to their business
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track activities using CRM tools
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align lead generation efforts

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT or SaaS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects
  • Basic understanding of CRM and business software solutions (Zoho knowledge is a plus)
  • Goal-driven, persistent, and confident in client interactions
