We're expanding our remote team and looking for a reliable IT Support Engineer based in Pakistan who can work night shifts to align with Canadian business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets via our AI-enhanced system
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, email, Windows, and common SaaS tools
- Install/configure software and provide remote desktop assistance
- Perform basic cloud environment maintenance (e.g., Azure, Google Workspace)
- Communicate clearly with clients in fluent English
- Escalate or resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
- Contribute to improving documentation and internal knowledge base
Salary
- PKR 80,000 β 100,000 per month (based on experience)

Requirements & Skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of IT support/helpdesk experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, email setups
- Experience with RDP, AnyDesk, or similar remote support tools
- Fluent written and spoken English (must be comfortable with clients)
- Willingness to work night shift hours consistently
- High-speed internet connection required (minimum 20 Mbps) β cost reimbursed monthly
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience with Azure or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier)
- Knowledge of Zoho, Shopify, or ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk)
