Import / Export Executive

Style Styrofoam Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is a leading manufacturer in Pakistan, specializing in high-quality Molded Expanded Polystyrene Sheets (EPS) and various insulation products. With over 20 years of trusted service, we are known for our commitment to quality and ASTM and DIN standard compliance. We are seeking an experienced Import Export Executive to join our dynamic team in Lahore and facilitate our international trade operations in the accounting industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate import/export documentation and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Maintain relationships with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Monitor and analyze shipping costs and optimize logistics operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline procurement processes.
- Prepare and maintain reports on import/export activities.

• Searching new Suppliers for import of raw materials.
• L.C, D.A, D.P- Opening/Retirement
• Correspondence with Banks, Clearing Agent.
• Calculate Landed Cost, Duties, and Taxes of All Import Shipments.

- 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the accounting industry.
- Proficient in customs regulations and import/export documentation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge in logistics and supply chain management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
