Job Description:

  • We are looking for a confident and motivated Admission Officer to join our team at Cosmic Institute. The candidate will play a key role in guiding students through the admission process, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall enrollment targets.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel and guide students on available courses and admission criteria
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Manage and maintain admission records and application forms
  • Coordinate with academic departments for student placements
  • Follow up with prospective students to ensure application completion
  • Assist in planning and conducting open house events and admission campaigns
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records
  • Daily reporting to the Admissions Manager
