Job Description:
- We are looking for a confident and motivated Admission Officer to join our team at Cosmic Institute. The candidate will play a key role in guiding students through the admission process, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall enrollment targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel and guide students on available courses and admission criteria
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Manage and maintain admission records and application forms
- Coordinate with academic departments for student placements
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure application completion
- Assist in planning and conducting open house events and admission campaigns
- Maintain confidentiality of student records
- Daily reporting to the Admissions Manager
