About the Role:
The Nexus Innovations is looking for energetic and confident International Sales Agents to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, handling outbound calls, driving sales, and building long-term relationships with international customers. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with international clients via phone, email, and other channels
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
Provide timely follow-ups and respond to client inquiries
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate internally for order processing and delivery follow-ups
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills over the phone
Sales-driven mindset with a confident and professional approach
Comfortable working the evening shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
Experience in international sales, BPO, or call center is a plus
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
