We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, attendance, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR functions and contribute to fostering a healthy and productive work environment.
Requirements & Skills
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
Assist in performance management and appraisal systems.
Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Plan and conduct training sessions and orientation programs.
Support administrative tasks like payroll, benefits processing, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs.
