Howlance (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing software and digital services company working with clients worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help expand our international client base through strategic outreach and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads across the US, UK, and Canada

Manage email campaigns and respond to inquiries professionally

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the closing team

Maintain and update CRM systems with lead data and communication history

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand-off of qualified prospects

Support the business development team in proposal follow-ups and project coordination

Requirements & Skills

What We are Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written English communication

US/UK accent preferable

Confidence in communicating with international clients via phone and email

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong Follow-up strategies.

Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, or email outreach (preferred)

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, GHL) is a plus

Must be able to work on-site from our Islamabad office, Monday to Friday

Willing to work in night shift ( 8 PM - 5 AM ) PKT
