Job Title: Product Research & Data Entry Executive

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are a Defence Contracting & Trading Firm looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist in online product research and Excel-based data entry. The role involves working closely with the procurement team to gather and organize product information for defence-related supplies and trading opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online product hunting through local and international supplier websites
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for pricing, quotations, and product specifications
• Assist in preparing comparison sheets, RFQs, and basic procurement documentation
• Work with the team to analyze supplier offers and identify suitable products
• Support general office and admin tasks related to procurement

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BSc/Graduation/BA)
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas, sorting/filtering, formatting)
• Prior experience in product research or sourcing is preferred
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
