Product Content Assistant (Photoshop + Odoo + Chatgpt)

About Us

We are Art of Regalia, a symbolic regalia brand based in Turkey, specializing in high-quality handcrafted Masonic and esoteric products. As we expand our e-commerce operations, we are looking for a creative and organized Product Content Assistant to support product listing and image preparation on our Odoo-based platform.

Responsibilities

Add products to our Odoo 18 e-commerce system (we will provide the product list).

Upload a minimum of 3 images per product, using provided raw files.

Generate product descriptions using ChatGPT (Plus account access will be provided).

Enter product SEO metadata (title, keywords, tags).

Assign the correct product category (will be provided).

Enter product pricing and variants (e.g., color, size), with related images.

Input estimated weight in grams per product.

Use Photoshop to prepare and enhance product images, add consistent colored backgrounds and subtle shadows.

Requirements

Experience with Photoshop (editing, cropping, background/color correction).

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (especially Odoo or similar CMS).

Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills in English.
