Marketing Specialist - Email And Influencer Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize automated email flows (e.g., welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)

• Design visually compelling email templates using Canva and Klaviyo

• Plan and execute daily email marketing campaigns for promotions, launches, and customer journeys

• Analyze email flow performance daily and implement necessary adjustments to improve results

• Continuously build, segment, and refine email subscriber lists to improve targeting and personalization

• Monitor and report on key email metrics: open rate, CTR, unsubscribes, conversions

• Ensure full compliance with email regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and industry best practices Influencer Marketing

• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and growth goals

• Discover and vet relevant micro and macro influencers on platforms like TikTok and Instagram

• Manage the full collaboration cycle: outreach, onboarding, gifting, briefing, and contracts

• Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions) on a weekly basis

• Organize and manage a library of UGC (user-generated content) for paid and organic use

• Stay up-to-date with social trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing and/or influencer marketing

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Canva, and email flow management

• Strong communication, creative, and organizational skills

• Understanding of key email marketing and influencer performance metrics

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously

Salary:

40K-80K depending on experience and skills

8:30AM - 4:30PM (Monday-Friday)
