Required Skills:

Strong Communication Skills

Ability to speak and write clearly in English

Comfortable handling client conversations and follow-ups

Understanding of Freelance Marketplaces

Basic knowledge of platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, etc.

Familiar with bidding, client communication, and project handling

Knowledge of IT Services

Basic understanding of web development, SEO, graphic design, or related services

Ability to explain these services to potential clients confidently

Sales & Marketing Mindset

Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions

Skills in generating leads and converting them into successful deals

Negotiation & Closing Skills

Confident in discussing budgets and finalizing project terms

Able to build trust and persuade clients effectively

Self-Motivation & Goal Orientation

Ability to work independently (remote/part-time)

Results-driven approach with consistency and accountability

Bonus (Preferred) Skills:

Familiarity with Canva or PowerPoint (for making proposals)

Basic knowledge of CRM tools (like Trello, HubSpot, etc.)

Experience with LinkedIn lead generation or outreach

Proposal writing or content writing skills
