Travel Consultant (Umrah & Airline Ticketing) 2

Required Female Travel Consultant (Umrah & Airline Ticketing) we are seeking an experienced and professional Female travel consultant for our travel agency. Job Description and Requirements:

1. At least two years of experience in a travel agency .must have hands-on experience in Umrah visa processing and package designing.

2. Basic knowledge of airline ticketing and GDS (e.g., Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus) or Airline booking portal is essential.

3. Responsible for handling customer inquiries related to Umrah and travel bookings.

4. Should be capable of managing phone calls and responding to emails professionally.

5. Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu are required.

6. Must be active in responding to customer queries on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.etc

8. Ability to upsell travel packages and provide excellent customer support.

9. Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.

10. Tours and visa processing knowledge would be a plus.
