Sales & Marketing Executive

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Company: Fusion Solar Engineering
Location: PWD Road, Islamabad (On-site/Field)

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, pitch, and close sales for solar solutions.

Achieve monthly sales targets & manage customer payments/collections.

Conduct site visits, build client relationships, and represent the company in the field.

Identify new vendors/partners and assist with operational tasks.

Qualifications:

Must have own bike for daily field travel (essential).

Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred).

Proven sales experience (solar/renewables a plus).

Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills.

Resilience for fieldwork and weather conditions.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Work Conditions:

Full-time (09:30 - 06:30).

Office base: PWD Road, Islamabad.

80% Fieldwork (Requires daily travel via own bike).
