Design Corner is a leading interior design and project management company based in Karachi, specializing in high-quality residential and commercial renovation projects.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Site Supervisor to manage on-site operations across our renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, maintaining high standards of quality, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Set clear goals and track milestones to ensure timely project completion.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.

Supervise and coordinate vendor teams and subcontractors to ensure proper execution.

Educate workers on construction standards, site safety, and company procedures.

Interpret and execute tasks according to blueprints, layout plans, and design drawings.

Maintain accurate daily logs of work progress, issues, and material usage.

Coordinate the timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid site delays.

Identify and resolve on-site issues by collaborating with the design and management team.

Ensure cleanliness, worker safety, and compliance with all local building codes and regulations.

Liaise with clients or designers (if needed) to communicate site progress or concerns.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a relevant field

Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Higher Secondary Certificate)

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SketchUp

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Practical knowledge of construction materials and finishing work is a plus
