Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build and customize workflows using ServiceNow best practices
Setup and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.)
Perform CMDB integration and mapping
Use Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies
Identify and use OOB solutions wherever possible
Collaborate with the team on client deliverables and timelines
Bonus:
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
Experience working in client-facing projects

Requirements & Skills
2–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform capabilities
Practical knowledge of using OOB solutions effectively
Experience with scripting (JavaScript) in ServiceNow environment
Good communication and remote collaboration skills
