The Role
We're looking for an intelligent, smart, and quick-responsive Tele Sales Consultant to engage clients via WhatsApp and phone. This role involves understanding immigration needs, converting inquiries, and requires a cool, calm, patient, and kind demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
* High-Volume WhatsApp Engagement: Maintain an online presence on WhatsApp for 9 to 10 hours daily, proactively interacting with clients with patience.
* Sales & Persuasion: Apply strong sales knowledge to effectively convince people to purchase Stratton Migration's immigration products and services.
* Daily Reporting: Maintain and manage sales reports on a daily basis.
* Client Communication: Engage effectively with clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
What We're Looking For
* Education: Bachelor's education is mandatory.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Good knowledge of MS Excel for data management and reporting.
* Good knowledge of how to use WhatsApp effectively for professional communication.
* Good knowledge of how to operate a laptop efficiently for all work tasks.
* Sales Acumen: Proven ability and knowledge in how to sell products.
* Personal Attributes:
* Skillful patience is mandatory, especially when dealing with a high volume of interactions.
* Must be intelligent, smart, and quick-responsive.
* Possess a cool, calm, patient, and kind personality.
