Job Description: As an Upwork Bidder, you will play a crucial role in helping us secure projects on platforms like Upwork. This is a commission-based remote opportunity — perfect for someone who is proactive, persuasive, and motivated to work with a growing team.

Responsibilities:

Search and apply for relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms

Write customized, client-focused proposals that increase chances of winning

Coordinate with our team to ensure proposals align with our service offerings

Maintain communication with potential clients until the project is closed

Meet or exceed monthly targets to maximize your commission earnings

Requirements:

Prior experience bidding on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms

Strong proposal writing and English communication skills

Ability to understand client needs and present our services professionally

Self-motivated, organized, and reliable

Willingness to grow with a new startup
