- Lead LEAN projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze workflows and identify efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets
- Guide the Industrial Engineering (IE) team during product development and ensure clear technical communication
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
Requirements & Skills
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma)
- Process optimization and workflow analysis
- Cost-reduction and productivity-improvement techniques
- Project management and cross-functional coordination
- Team leadership and clear technical communication
- Experience with production metrics, time studies, and IE tools
