- Make outbound calls using proven sales scripts
- Clearly explain pricing, services, and value
- Build customer rapport and collect key data
- Qualify leads, set appointments, and follow up
- Maintain accurate records and feedback logs
- Conduct surveys to identify new sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Target-driven mindset and positive attitude
